This statement sets out how Victory Harbour Technology Limited handles personal data collected through this website, in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong. Effective date: 27 July 2026.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Victory Harbour Technology Limited (維港數智科技有限公司), a company incorporated in Hong Kong (BR No. 80016100), with its office at 19/F, Capital Tower - Tower A, 38 Wai Yip Street, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong (referred to as "Victory Harbour", "we", "us" or "our"). This Personal Information Collection Statement and Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain and protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong ("PDPO").

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, business email address, company name, role, company website (optional), a description of the workflow that needs attention, its business impact, the systems or data involved (optional) and your target timing (optional).

Information collected automatically. When you browse this website, our hosting infrastructure and analytics tool may automatically record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and visit duration. This data is used in aggregate form to understand website usage and improve content.

3. Purposes, use and legal basis

We collect and use the above data only for the following purposes: (a) assessing whether there is a fit between your enquiry and our services; (b) responding to your enquiry and preparing a practical next step; (c) maintaining a record of business communications; and (d) operating, securing and improving this website. The legal basis for this processing is your voluntary submission of the enquiry for the purposes stated at the point of collection, and our legitimate business interest in responding to enquiries and keeping this website secure, consistent with Data Protection Principles 1 and 3 of the PDPO. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data for unrelated marketing without your consent. Provision of personal data is voluntary; however, if you do not provide the required fields, we may be unable to respond to your enquiry.

4. Disclosure and transfer

Your data may be processed by the following service providers, strictly for the operation of this website and our communications: (a) Manus, which provides website hosting, deployment and the managed database in which contact form submissions are stored, and Umami, the privacy-focused analytics service integrated with the Manus platform (their infrastructure may be located outside Hong Kong, including Singapore and the United States); and (b) our business email service used to receive and reply to enquiries sent to info@vportai.ai. Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver its service. We do not disclose personal data to any other third parties unless required by law or with your consent. Where data is transferred outside Hong Kong, we take reasonable steps, including contractual and technical safeguards, to ensure it receives a level of protection consistent with the PDPO.

5. Data retention

Enquiry records that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission and are then deleted or anonymised. Records connected to an active or completed engagement are retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the engagement and to comply with legal, accounting and audit obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

6. Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database. Access to personal data is limited to personnel who need it to respond to your enquiry. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable and practicable steps to protect personal data against unauthorised or accidental access, processing or loss.

7. Your rights

Under sections 18 and 22 of, and Data Protection Principle 6 of Schedule 1 to, the PDPO, you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by us, and to request that we cease using it for the purposes described above. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Privacy Officer at info@vportai.ai (attention: Data Privacy Officer). We may charge a reasonable fee for processing a data access request as permitted by the PDPO.

8. Cookies and analytics

This website uses a privacy-focused analytics script to measure aggregate page views and visits. It does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Essential technical storage may be used to keep the website functioning correctly. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings without losing access to the content of this website.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date below reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be indicated on this page. Continued use of this website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
